Specialities
Most families need more than one kind of doctor. Ours share your history, talk to each other, and sit down the corridor rather than across the city.
Fevers, BP, diabetes, thyroid, and the check-up you keep postponing. Start here when you are not sure where to start.
Newborn to eighteen: vaccinations, growth checks and the 2 am worries.
Often: vaccines on schedule · coughs & colds · growth charts
Periods, PCOS, pregnancy and menopause, with a doctor who listens.
Often: antenatal visits · PCOS care · Pap smears
Acne, eczema, hair fall and skin that is simply acting up.
Often: acne plans · allergies & rashes · hair-fall reviews
Knees, backs, sprains and the stiffness that creeps in.
Often: sports injuries · knee pain · fracture follow-ups
Recovery after injury or surgery, and posture for desk-bound backs.
Often: back & neck pain · post-surgery rehab · posture
Blood tests, ECG and X-ray on the same floor. Reports usually by evening.
Often: fasting bloodwork · ECG · digital X-ray
Not sure where to start? Start with us.
Tell the front desk what is wrong, and we will book the right doctor the first time.

Not sure who to see?
Start with a family physician. They will know.
Most visits begin with general medicine, and your doctor refers you down the corridor only if you need it, with your history already shared.
Book a general visitYour visit
From the moment you book to the call the next morning, here is exactly what happens, so nothing about your visit is a surprise.

Whenever suits you
Online, on WhatsApp or with a call to the front desk. You get a confirmation with your doctor’s name and a time, not a token number.
On arrival
Check-in takes two minutes with no paper forms. Anyone with a fever waits in their own lounge, so a routine visit stays routine.
15 minutes or more
We book at least fifteen minutes for every consultation, so there is time for the question you nearly didn’t ask.
Only if you need them
Samples are collected in-house, ECG and X-ray are a corridor away, and most reports reach your phone the same evening.
Before you leave
Printed in plain English with a digital copy on WhatsApp, and the pharmacy is downstairs, so there is no second stop on the way home.
The next morning
A nurse rings to ask how you are feeling and whether the medicines agree with you. If anything has changed, your doctor hears about it that day.
The clinic
Nobody chooses to visit a clinic. So we built ours like somewhere you would choose to sit: soft light, quiet rooms, real plants, and chairs you can actually wait in.

Preventive health checks
Every package includes free home sample collection within 5 km, reports on WhatsApp, and a doctor who goes through them with you. No hidden add-ons at the counter.

From 2,300+ patient reviews since 2019
Dr. Karthik spent twenty minutes with my daughter and never once looked at the clock. She now asks to visit “the fish doctor”: there is an aquarium in the kids’ corner.
Two years of back pain and three opinions. Neha explained it with a model of the spine and gave me a plan I could actually follow at my desk.
Dr. Meera answered every question I had been too shy to ask anywhere else. Calm, clear, no judgement.
My skin plan came with a printed routine and a follow-up date. No upselling, no fifteen products. Just what I needed.
Booked at 8 am, seen by 8:40, blood reports on my phone before dinner. That is the whole review.
The front desk sorted my father’s insurance paperwork while I sat with him. A small thing, but it was the day I needed it.
Clean, quiet, and a nurse actually called the next morning to check on me. It feels like the family doctor from my parents’ time.
Teleconsult on a rainy evening for my son’s fever. Prescription on WhatsApp in ten minutes, and we never had to step out.
Appointments
Choose what you need and when. The front desk confirms on WhatsApp within minutes, or call us on +91 80 0000 0000 and a person will answer.
Good to know
Something else on your mind? The front desk is on +91 80 0000 0000, 8 am to 9 pm, and on WhatsApp at +91 90000 00000.
Asha and Kiran look after the front desk, and usually reply on WhatsApp within five minutes.
Both work. Booked patients are seen in their slot, and walk-ins are fitted in between, usually within thirty minutes. Booking online or on WhatsApp takes under a minute and keeps your wait short.
Yes, by video, for follow-ups and everyday illnesses, with every doctor on this page, until 10 pm. Some problems need an examination in person; your doctor will tell you if yours does.
As a PDF on WhatsApp and email, usually the same evening for routine blood tests. Printed copies are at the front desk, and anything unusual is flagged to your doctor before it reaches you.
We are cashless with most major health insurers for day-care procedures. Many policies reimburse outpatient visits too: we give you itemised bills and help with the claim forms.
Basement parking for twelve cars, and a four-minute walk from the metro. The entrance is step-free, there is a lift to every floor, and a wheelchair waits at reception.
Any earlier prescriptions and reports, a list of the medicines you take, and for children the vaccination card. If you have none of these, come anyway: we will start your record from today.
We are an outpatient clinic, not an emergency hospital. In a medical emergency, call 108 or go straight to the nearest hospital emergency department. During opening hours our doctors will stabilise and refer anyone who walks in unwell.
