We built a quiet room in the middle of a loud city, then filled it with warm oil, slow hands and the smell of vetiver after rain. Nothing here is hurried. Not the welcome, not the massage, not the tea afterwards.

On arrival
A cool glass of tulsi and lemongrass, shoes off, phone into a linen pouch. Then warm water, rock salt and rose for your feet.
Ten minutes in
A short, quiet conversation: pressure, focus, oils. Then steam or a warm shower to soften the day you came in with.
The hour itself
Your therapist works in silence unless you want to talk. Rain on the speakers, warm oil, and nowhere at all to be.
Afterwards
A robe, the garden lounge, ginger-jaggery tea and cut fruit. Stay as long as you like; nobody will hurry you out.

Nothing special. We give you a robe, slippers and disposable underwear, and lockers keep your things safe. Just come as you are, ideally fifteen minutes early.

After the first trimester, yes: we have a gentle pregnancy massage with a side-lying cushion and oils chosen for it. Please mention it when you book.
