Google Business Profile insights, organised and explained

• Profile views

  Times your profile was shown on Google Search or Maps, on mobile or desktop. Google counts repeat views by the same person on the same day once.

• Website clicks

  Taps on your profile's website button.

• Call clicks

  Taps on your profile's call button. Not completed calls.

• Direction requests

  Requests for directions to your business. Not visits.

• Other interactions

  Messaging clicks, bookings and menu clicks, where your profile has them.

• Searches

  The searches that showed your profile, by month, where Google provides them. Google hides searches used by too few people.

Only the figures Google actually returns for your location and dates are shown, each labelled with its source and the date it runs to. Nothing is turned into leads or revenue, and a figure Google didn’t provide is shown as missing, never as zero.

  Business Profile has its own performance view. What MyFloww adds is organised history, a plain explanation of what changed, and one report alongside your other SEO tools.

• Interactions, not leads

  A call click is a tap on the call button, not a completed call; a direction request is not a visit. None of them is shown as a lead, a sale or revenue.

• Missing is not zero

  Google's figures arrive a few days late, and Google leaves out searches used by too few people. A figure Google didn't provide is shown as missing, never as zero or an estimate.

• Reporting only

  No edits to your profile, no review replies, no posts, no listings on other directories, and no promise of rankings.

• Kept only as Google allows

  Google's policy lets us keep Business Profile figures for no more than 30 days, so we fetch them from Google again when they're needed rather than building a permanent copy.

• One location

  Each subscription covers one Business Profile location that you can access in your own Google account.

• Paid in advance

  Pay one month, or twelve months at once, on Cashfree's checkout with UPI, a card or net banking. The price you see is the amount you pay: nothing is added at checkout.

• Nothing renews on its own

  We email you three, two and one days before your paid time ends, and you renew from your account. AutoPay (UPI or card mandates) isn't available for these subscriptions yet.

• Annual means twelve months, paid once

  One upfront payment for twelve months of service, the price of ten monthly payments. It isn't instalments or a trial, and your monthly allowance still resets every month of service.

• Cancel from your account

  We stop the reminders and you keep access to the end of the period you've paid for, including the rest of a year paid upfront. A cancelled period isn't refunded in part; a period paid twice is refunded.

• No grace period

  If a paid period ends without a renewal, that product pauses until you renew. Your other MyFloww subscriptions carry on, and your receipts, billing history and account stay open.
