Yes. Depending on what is wrong, that means fixing the site you have, redesigning and rebuilding it with every old URL redirected, or adding what it lacks, such as booking or a customer account.

When the foundation is sound, fixing it costs less than replacing it, and we'll say so. If you'd like the problems found first, an expert website audit gives you a prioritised written plan before any work is quoted.

Usually, yes. A new website, app or system can connect to your payment gateway, WhatsApp, your accounting and the other software you already run, through what each of those systems allows.

We check what each system makes possible while scoping, before the price, and say plainly if one has no reliable way in. Moving your existing records across, from spreadsheets or the system you're leaving, can be part of the same project.

Custom development is software built for your business: scoped and quoted as a project, and the code written for you is yours once paid for. A product, such as Kinetiq or a SearchStudio tool, is MyFloww's own software that you use, quoted per practice or priced per tool.

Your data is yours either way. With a product, the software itself stays MyFloww's and you use it as it is; with custom work, it is built around how your business works.

No. The SearchStudio tools give you their own reports and features, at their own prices, and you act on them; managed SEO and GEO is MyFloww doing agreed work on your site.

An automated audit finds and ranks the problems but doesn't fix them, and a monitoring subscription tracks your search performance without anyone working on it. If you'd rather we made the changes, that is a separate piece of work, quoted on its own. Nobody can promise a position in Google or a mention in an AI answer, and we don't.

You do, once the project is paid for: the source code written for your project is transferred to your own repository, and domains and hosting accounts are registered in your name.

MyFloww keeps the general tools and components it uses across clients, and you get a perpetual right to use them as part of what was built for you. MyFloww's own products, Kinetiq, Libria and the SearchStudio tools, are used under their own terms rather than handed over. Your data is always yours.

By scope. Each piece of commissioned work is quoted on its own, as a fixed scope for a fixed price, after a conversation about what it has to do: there is no rate card and no hourly rate.

Larger builds are quoted in phases, each with its own scope, price and deliverable, and invoiced as the phases are completed. Some work also has running costs the quote names: ongoing SEO is a monthly retainer, a care plan is quoted with the site it looks after, AI agents have a monthly cost for model usage, and WhatsApp messages carry Meta's own fees.

The SearchStudio tools are the exception, with published prices, because you buy and use them yourself.

It is yours to run. You can take the code to another developer, keep MyFloww on for a care plan or ongoing SEO, or come back for changes as you need them; none of those is compulsory.

A care plan keeps a live website updated, patched, monitored and backed up, with content changes in its scope. For apps and business systems, support after launch is agreed in the quote, and further changes are quoted as they come up.

Yes. MyFloww works with businesses anywhere in India, remotely — over email, WhatsApp, phone and a shared preview link.

There is one office, in Bengaluru (also written Bangalore), and no branch offices or regional resellers. The price is the same wherever you are, and a meeting in Bengaluru can be arranged if you'd like one.
