What does custom software development cost in India?
Custom software is quoted per project, because the cost is decided by what the software has to do rather than by how many pages or screens it has.
A single-purpose internal tool and a customer app with payments, a CRM behind it and an ERP alongside it are different orders of work, and any figure quoted before that is understood is a guess. Should I build custom software or buy an off-the-shelf product?
Buy off the shelf when your process is standard enough that you are willing to work the way the product expects; build custom when the thing you do differently is the thing you compete on.
The other four factors are cost shape (a subscription per user forever against a project cost once), where your data lives, whether you can change the software when your business changes, and how quickly you need to be using it. We would rather tell you to buy at the first conversation than three months into a project — MyFloww sells its own off-the-shelf product for exactly that reason.
Can you build a custom CRM for my business?

Who owns the code and the data?
You do. The code is written for your business and the data sits in a database you own, hosted where you decide, in a shape you can query and move.
Can AI, a chat bot and WhatsApp automation be built into it?
Yes. AI features, agentic AI, an AI chat bot, WhatsApp automation and SEO are built into the software while it is being written, which is the only point at which they are cheap.
Adding them afterwards means retrofitting a system that was not designed to carry them. Building them in from the start means the AI reads the same data the app writes, and the chat bot answers from content the website already publishes.
