The problem
Three systems that do not know about each other.
A growing practice usually ends up running three things that cannot see each other: a patient system, a spreadsheet holding the staff, and a payroll service that knows about neither. Most practices arrive here without ever deciding to — each tool was the right answer to one problem, and none of them was chosen with the others in mind.
