Who it is for

Built the same for one physiotherapist as for a full clinic.

Nothing in Kinetiq assumes you have a front desk. If you are the person taking the booking, running the session and sending the invoice, the app is arranged around that — and it scales up when you hire.

    MyFloww gives you patient records, case sheets, shareable treatment plans and payment tracking without asking you to become an administrator to use them.

    You have two or more therapists, an assistant, and a diary that everyone needs to see. Handovers happen verbally, and something always slips.

    Add your staff, give each of them their own login, and the case sheet becomes the handover. Payments and outstanding balances stop living in someone’s head.

What is in it

Everything below is included on every paid plan and during the free trial. There is no tier that holds a feature back.
Instant business setup
Sign up and your practice exists. You name it, set your working hours and your fees, and you are ready to record a session. No configuration project, no data-mapping workshop, no waiting on us to switch something on.
Patient records and patient management
One record per patient, holding their history, contact details, every past session and where they are today. Search by name or phone number and the whole story is in front of you before the patient has sat down.
Digital prescriptions
Write a prescription on the session screen and share it with the patient straight away. No separate pad, no photograph of a handwritten note, no patient ringing back a week later to ask what it said.
Patient case sheets
Structured case sheets that follow the way you already assess — what the patient reports, what you find, what you conclude and what you plan. The structure means the next person to open it can actually use it.
Treatment plans, shared with the patient
Build the plan and share it directly with the patient, so the two of you are working from the same document between sessions rather than from memory.
Video exercise tutorials
Send the exercises as video. This is the part that changes outcomes rather than admin time — a patient who can rewatch the movement the way you demonstrated it is far more likely to do it correctly, and far more likely to come back, which is one of the three changes that reduce no-shows.
Staff onboarding
Add the therapists and assistants who work with you, each with their own login. Not a per-seat charge, and not an upgrade — it is part of the plan. If you are doing it for the first time, how to onboard staff at a small practice is the longer answer.
Payment management
Track what has been paid, what is pending and what is due, by patient and by period. The month's numbers add themselves up instead of being reconstructed on the last day.
Custom additions, built on request
If your practice needs something the app does not do yet, tell us. We quote it per scope and build it, and it becomes part of your app rather than a workaround you maintain.

    Your name, your practice, an email address. No card, so nothing can charge you by accident when the trial ends.

    Set up your practice

    Working hours, fees, and the therapists and assistants who work with you. Skip anything you are not sure about yet.

    Add your first patient

    Name, contact, presenting complaint. That is the minimum — everything else fills in as you treat them.

  4. 04 · Tomorrow morning

    Run the session

    Case sheet, prescription, treatment plan, exercise videos and the payment, all from the one screen.

If you would rather be walked through it, we will happily do that. It is simply not a requirement, and you should not have to wait a fortnight for a calendar slot before you can use software you have already paid nothing for.

Where patient data lives, in plain terms.

Our handling of personal and health data follows the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023: collect what is needed, use it for the purpose it was given, keep it secure.

What we do not claim

MyFloww does not currently hold HIPAA, ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification, and this site does not say otherwise. HIPAA is a United States healthcare regulation and does not apply to an Indian practice in any case.

If a certification matters for your organisation, ask us where we are with it and we will tell you honestly rather than putting a badge on a page.

About Kinetiq.

Is Kinetiq suitable for a single freelance physiotherapist?

Yes. Kinetiq is built to work the same way for an independent physiotherapist working alone as it does for a clinic with a team.

Nothing in it assumes a front desk, a receptionist or an administrator. If you are the person taking the booking, running the session and sending the invoice, the app is arranged around that.

Can patients see their treatment plan and exercises?

Yes. Treatment plans and video exercise tutorials are shared directly with the patient from the app.

This is the part that changes outcomes rather than admin time. A patient who can rewatch the exercise the way you demonstrated it is far more likely to do it correctly between sessions.

Can I write digital prescriptions in MyFloww?

Yes. You can write a digital prescription from the session screen and share it with the patient immediately.

What if I need something the app does not do?

We build custom additions on request, quoted per scope, and they become part of your Kinetiq instance.

Can I move my existing patient records into MyFloww?

Talk to us about what you have and we will tell you what is possible — bringing existing records across depends entirely on the format they are in.

A spreadsheet export is straightforward. A stack of paper case sheets is not, and we would rather say so than promise a migration that turns into weeks of typing.
