MyFloww · Bengaluru
Dear friend,
Thank you for choosing MyFloww. I know that is not a small thing to say yes to. When you hand us your website, your software or the system your business runs on, you are trusting us with something you built through years of your own effort — often before you have met any of us in person. I do not take that lightly, and neither does anyone who works here.
We began by building for clinics: the software a practice runs on, and the website that brings patients through its door. Healthcare taught us early that software is never abstract. Behind every screen there is a person in the middle of their day, a customer waiting, and an owner who simply needs things to work. That lesson shapes everything we build, for every business we work with.
How we do business
I want to be plain about this, because I believe ethics is not a page in a policy document. It is a hundred small decisions made when nobody is watching. We will tell you the truth, even when it is not what you hoped to hear. If something you want built is a bad idea, we will say so before we ever invoice for it. Every project gets a fixed price for a fixed scope, agreed before work begins, so you are never surprised by a bill. We will not claim results we cannot show, clients we do not have or certifications we do not hold. And we will treat your data, your customers and your reputation with the same care we would want for our own.
Work we are proud to sign
Our standard for quality is simple: we build everything as if our own name is on it, because it is. We write the code ourselves rather than assembling templates, we test it properly, and we do not call a project finished until the person who paid for it can run it, change it and grow with it without needing us in the room. When the work is handed over, it is truly yours — the code, the accounts and the freedom to take it anywhere you like.
You will not be passed to an account manager or a ticket queue. The people who build your project are the same people who answer your call and your WhatsApp message. And if something goes wrong — in software, sometimes it will — you will hear it from us first, together with what we are doing to put it right.
Our ambition is not to be the biggest studio in India. It is to be the one you would recommend, without a moment’s hesitation, to someone you care about. Every project is a chance to earn that, and we intend to earn it with you.
Thank you, once again, for your trust. I look forward to building something you are proud of.
With gratitude and respect,
Neil Sharma
