These terms govern your use of MyFloww — Kinetiq, Kinetiq Enterprise, and any website or AI agent we build for you. By using our services you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a clinic or company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
1. Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and MyFloww, of Vinayaka Complex, 2nd Floor, Vasanthapura, Uttarahalli Road, off ISRO Layout, Sharada Nagar, Bengaluru — 560062, India. In these terms “we” and “us” means MyFloww, and “you” means the person or organisation subscribing to or commissioning our services.
2. What we provide
- Kinetiq
- A subscription practice management application for physiotherapy clinics and individual practitioners, provided over the internet.
- Kinetiq Enterprise
- A platform for clinics, hospitals and doctors covering patient management, HR and payroll, provided on terms agreed per deployment.
- Websites and AI agents
- Custom development work, provided against a written scope and quote agreed before work begins.
3. Free trial
Kinetiq is free for your first 2 months. We do not ask for card details to begin a trial, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends. At the end of the trial you choose whether to subscribe. If you do not, we will tell you what happens to your data before anything is removed.
4. Fees
- Kinetiq is ₹1,500 per quarter, or ₹5,000 per year.
- Both plans include every feature of the app. Nothing is held back on either.
- Adding therapists and assistants to your account is included, not charged per seat.
- Custom additions, websites, AI agents and Kinetiq Enterprise deployments are quoted per scope and invoiced as set out in the quote.
Fees are payable in advance for the period they cover. We will tell you before any price change takes effect, and a change will never apply to a period you have already paid for.
5. Cancellation
You may stop using the service at any time. Tell us at connect@myfloww.in and we will close your subscription at the end of the period you have paid for, and confirm what happens to your data.
A separate refund and cancellation policy will be published. Until it is, ask us directly and we will tell you where we stand rather than point at a clause.
6. The referral programme
- You receive a credit of ₹500 for each client you introduce who becomes a paying subscriber.
- The credit is applied to your next invoice, not paid in cash, and takes effect once the person you referred has paid, not when they start a free trial.
- Each credit is valid for one year from the date it is issued.
- There is no limit on the number of referrals you may make.
- Credit is applied against amounts you owe. Anything in excess carries forward to your next invoice.
- You must tell us who you referred so we can match the referral when it converts.
- We may decline a referral we reasonably believe to be artificial — for example accounts created to claim credit — and will explain why.
7. Your account
You are responsible for the logins you create, including those you issue to your therapists and assistants, and for what is done with them. Tell us promptly at connect@myfloww.in if you believe an account has been compromised.
8. Clinical responsibility remains yours
MyFloww is a record-keeping and practice management tool. It does not provide clinical advice, does not make clinical decisions, and is not a substitute for professional judgement. You remain fully responsible for the care you provide, for the accuracy of what you record, and for obtaining any consent your patients are entitled to give or withhold.
9. Your data belongs to you
The patient records, case sheets, treatment plans and other content you put into MyFloww remain yours. We hold and process them on your behalf so we can provide the service, and for no other purpose. We do not sell them and we do not use them to train machine-learning models.

10. Availability
We work to keep the service available and to fix problems promptly, and we will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance where we can. We do not offer a guaranteed uptime percentage on the standard subscription. If your organisation needs a formal service level, tell us and we will agree one in writing.
11. Custom development
Custom additions, websites and AI agents are delivered against a written scope agreed in advance. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins. On full payment, you own the deliverables specific to your project; we retain ownership of the underlying tools, libraries and components we use across clients.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to:
- break the law, or help anyone else to;
- store data you have no lawful basis to hold;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system;
- resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that is being used in a way that puts the service or other users at risk. Except where the law prevents it, we will tell you why and give you a reasonable opportunity to put it right first, and we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data.
14. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with the services is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect loss.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects you, we will give you notice before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will be updated.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
