From your listing to your first scan

  1. Subscribe

    Monthly or annual. Sign in with a code we email you and pay on Cashfree's checkout; nothing is charged before you pay.

  2. Find your listing

    Search Google Maps listings, pick yours and confirm its branch and address. We save the identifiers Google gives that listing.

  3. Choose five keywords

    The searches your customers type, such as “dentist near me” or “bakery in Indiranagar”.

  4. Confirm the grid

    Check the centre, the spacing between points and the area it covers, and preview all nine points before tracking starts.

  5. Baseline, then weekly

    The first scan is your baseline. After that, a scan every 7 days, a monthly report, and CSV and PDF downloads.

How the monthly allowance works

  • 1 credit

    One keyword searched at one point on your grid.

  • 45 credits

    A full scan: 5 keywords at 9 points.

  • 300 credits

    Each month of service, from your start date. An annual plan gets 300 every month, never twelve months' worth at once.

  • No rollover

    Credits you don't use in a month don't carry over to the next.

  • No overage

    When the month's credits are used, nothing more runs until they reset, and nothing extra is ever charged.

Your first baseline scan and any keyword you recheck by hand use the same credits as the weekly scans, and the scans are scheduled to fit within the month’s 300. Your account shows the credits used and the date they next reset, which is separate from the date your payment is next due.

Honest limits

What the grid can and can't tell you

  • A sample, not the whole city

    Nine points show where you appear at those nine spots. Between them and beyond the grid, results can differ: a 3 × 3 grid is not citywide visibility.

  • The top 20 at each point

    Each point's results are checked to position 20. Beyond that we don't guess: it reads “Not found in the checked results”, never an invented rank.

  • Matched by Google's identifiers

    Your listing is recognised by the identifiers Google gives it, not by its name, so a similarly named business isn't counted as you. An unclear match is flagged, not ranked.

  • A failed check isn't a low ranking

    A point that couldn't be checked is shown as not checked, and every figure says how many points it covers, such as “top 3 at 4 of 8 checked points”.

  • New settings, new series

    Changing your keywords, centre or spacing starts a new comparison series, so scans of different grids are never compared as if they were the same.

  • A weekly snapshot

    Google Maps results vary with time, device and who is searching. Positions come from Google Maps results fetched for each point through DataForSEO, our data provider.

  • Paid in advance

    Pay one month, or twelve months at once, on Cashfree's checkout with UPI, a card or net banking. The price you see is the amount you pay: nothing is added at checkout.

  • Nothing renews on its own

    We email you three, two and one days before your paid time ends, and you renew from your account. AutoPay (UPI or card mandates) isn't available for these subscriptions yet.

  • Annual means twelve months, paid once

    One upfront payment for twelve months of service, the price of ten monthly payments. It isn't instalments or a trial, and your monthly allowance still resets every month of service.

  • Cancel from your account

    We stop the reminders and you keep access to the end of the period you've paid for, including the rest of a year paid upfront. A cancelled period isn't refunded in part; a period paid twice is refunded.

  • No grace period

    If a paid period ends without a renewal, that product pauses until you renew. Your other MyFloww subscriptions carry on, and your receipts, billing history and account stay open.

What does Local Maps Tracker do?

It checks where your business appears in Google Maps results for up to five searches, at nine points around your business, every week. You see your position at each point, how it changed since the last comparable scan and the businesses that appear around yours, with a monthly report and CSV and PDF downloads.

How much does Local Maps Tracker cost?

₹999 a month, or ₹9,990 billed annually for twelve months, which is 2 months free: ₹1,998 less than twelve monthly payments. That is the amount you pay; nothing is added at checkout. These are introductory prices, and if they change, the change applies to new subscriptions only.

What is a Local Maps Tracker credit?

One credit is one keyword searched at one point on your grid. A full scan of five keywords at nine points uses 45 credits, and each month of service has 300. The first baseline scan and any manual rechecks use the same credits. Unused credits don't carry over, and when they run out nothing more runs until your allowance resets: you are never charged extra.

Is a 3 × 3 grid my whole city?

No. The nine points are a sample: they show where you appear at those nine spots, around your business and as far apart as the spacing you confirm. Results between the points and beyond the grid can be different, so the tracker never presents the grid as citywide visibility.

What does it mean if I'm not found at a point?

Your listing wasn't in the top 20 results checked at that point. We don't guess a position beyond the top 20, so it reads Not found in the checked results, never a made-up rank. A point that couldn't be checked at all is shown separately, as not checked, and isn't counted as a ranking.

How do you know which listing is mine?

When you set up, you find your listing in Google Maps results, confirm its branch and address, and we save the identifiers Google gives that listing. Results are matched on those identifiers, not on the business name, so a similarly named business isn't counted as yours. If a match is unclear, the point is flagged for you rather than given a rank.

My listing doesn't show an address on Google Maps. Can I still track it?

Yes. Google doesn't publish where a business without an address is, so when you set up you enter where you're based, as a latitude and longitude, and the nine points are centred there. Your listing is still recognised by its own Google identifiers. If Google Maps lists no businesses at all for a search at a point, the dashboard says so rather than reporting you as missing.

How often does Local Maps Tracker check my position?

A baseline scan once you've confirmed your keywords and grid, then a scan every 7 days, scheduled to fit within your monthly credits. You can also recheck a keyword by hand, which uses the same credits.

What happens if I change my keywords or my grid?

The change starts a new comparison series. Positions from a different grid or keyword aren't comparable, so each scan is compared only with earlier scans of the same settings, and the old series stays in your history.

Does Local Maps Tracker renew automatically?

No. You pay a month or a year in advance on Cashfree's checkout, and nothing is charged automatically. We email you three, two and one days before your paid time ends, and you renew from your account. AutoPay isn't available for this subscription yet.

Can I cancel Local Maps Tracker?

Yes, from your account. We stop the reminders, and your access runs to the end of the period you've paid for, including the rest of a year paid upfront. A cancelled period isn't refunded in part; a period paid twice is refunded.

Will you change my Google listing?

No. Local Maps Tracker only reads Google Maps results, the way a search from each point would see them. It never edits your listing, and it doesn't promise rankings.
