What we built
A hand-written Next.js site, structured by condition
A page for each condition the practice actually treats rather than one services page listing all of them, because a patient searches their symptom and their area. Fees are stated on the page — assessment and per-session — instead of sitting behind an enquiry form, which is the single most price-checked decision in Indian physiotherapy.
An AI assistant that books and answers
It answers from the practice's own content — what a condition involves, how many sessions a course usually runs, what a session costs, which clinic is nearest — and books the appointment at the end of the conversation rather than collecting a number for somebody to call back. Anything clinical hands over to a physiotherapist with the thread attached.
A custom ERP, built around the course rather than the appointment
Physiotherapy bills by session against a course of eight to twelve, not by visit, and generic clinic systems model the appointment. The ERP holds the course, draws sessions down against what has been paid, attributes each session to the therapist who delivered it across three clinics and home visits, and totals the month as the work is logged.
Libria, integrated into the website
Our own movement-assessment product, licensed to the practice and built into its website, so posture, gait and range-of-motion screening sits alongside the booking rather than in a separate app.

The ERP that runs the clinics
Generic clinic software models the appointment. This one models the course, which is how physiotherapy is actually sold and paid for, and puts the rest of the practice's back office in the same hub.

What it changed
Enquiries arrive already knowing the condition, the likely course length and the fee, so the conversation starts at booking rather than at price — and the assistant handles the ones that arrive at eleven at night. Behind the desk, the course balance stopped living in a parallel register: the system that takes the booking is the system that knows how many sessions are left and who delivered them.

What we built
Booking that names the physiotherapist before payment
The hardest thing to sell about home physiotherapy is letting a stranger into your house. So the flow confirms a named physiotherapist for that area and that condition first, and takes payment second — which is the opposite order to almost every home-services booking in India.
Packages rather than single visits
Home physiotherapy only works over a course, and a single-visit booking sets up a patient to stop after one. The site sells five, ten and fifteen session packages at a flat rate regardless of condition, with the per-session price falling as the course lengthens, and the pricing is on the page rather than quoted on a call.
A locality model that is real
Over a hundred localities are listed because physiotherapists genuinely travel to them, and the booking routes to somebody who covers that area. This is the version of local coverage that is honest — a page per locality with nobody behind it is a doorway page, and it is a line this studio will not cross even when a client asks.
What it changed
Home visits stopped being a phone negotiation. A patient can see the coverage, the package price and the commitment before contacting anybody, and the practice gets a booking with the area and condition already attached rather than a callback request. The named-physiotherapist-first order is the part that does the most work, and it costs nothing to run.

What we built
Pose estimation in the browser, on the device
The camera frames are analysed where they are captured and never leave the phone; only the resulting measurements and report are stored. That is a harder engineering path than uploading video to a server, and it is the one that makes the privacy statement true rather than aspirational — which matters when the subject is a person's body.
Measurements a physiotherapist recognises
Shoulder level, pelvic tilt, trunk lean and knee alignment for posture; cadence, stride symmetry, arm swing and knee bend for gait; joint angles against reference ranges for movement. Named the way a clinician names them, so a report can go into a case file rather than needing translation.
A clinic portal beside the consumer scan
Two audiences, one engine. An individual buys a single scan; a practice runs them on patients and keeps the series. The same measurements serve both, which is what lets a ₹99 consumer price and a clinical use case sit on the same product without either being a compromise.
What it changed
It moves an assessment that needed a clinic visit and a trained eye onto a phone, at a price where somebody will try it before they are in pain. For a practice, it turns the first consultation into a conversation about a measurement rather than an observation. Libria describes its own output as a screening measurement rather than a laboratory one, which is the right claim and one worth repeating.

- Everything the websites and SEO pages describe is running on the page you are reading. Open the source and the whole document is already there; every page carries one structured data graph; there is an llms.txt generated from the same data the pages render from. It is a harder claim to make than a portfolio screenshot.

What is not here
The things this page deliberately does not do.
- No outcome percentages
- Nobody has measured a before and after on these engagements, so there is no number to quote. When there is one it will appear with the measurement period beside it. A case study with an invented figure is worth less than one without.
- No superlatives
- You will not find "the best physiotherapy clinic in Bangalore" on this page, even about a client we are proud of. It is not a checkable statement, and on a healthcare page it is the kind of comparative claim Indian professional-conduct rules discourage. 4.9 across 595 reviews says more and can be verified in a click.
- No unnamed logo strip
- Named clients with live URLs, or nothing. A wall of greyscale logos belonging to companies that never agreed to appear is the cheapest thing on any agency site and the least worth believing.
- No client we cannot show you
- If you want to speak to somebody we have worked with before commissioning anything, ask. We will arrange it where the client is happy to, and say so plainly where they are not. Get in touch and tell us what you are trying to build.
