Who we build for

Enterprise software and retail websites, for any industry.

MyFloww builds enterprise software — ERP and CRM systems, customer portals, hospital and practice management, AI agents and automation — for institutions and growing companies in any industry in India, and websites that bring retail and local businesses more customers: clinics, salons, spas, fitness studios, restaurants and cafés, coaching centres, real estate and shops. The enterprise work comes first below, then the industries we know well enough to publish a page about, then the retail websites.

Enterprise solutions

Software for institutions and growing companies.

The systems an organisation runs on, built around how it already works, delivered in phases, with the code and the data in its own name.
  • ERP software

Inventory, purchase, billing, staff and reporting in one system, delivered module by module.

  • CRM development

Every enquiry source, your own pipeline, follow-ups and WhatsApp, around how your team actually sells.

  • Customer apps and portals

Booking platforms, customer portals and apps for Android, iOS and the web from one codebase.

  • Hospital and practice management

Registration, OPD, billing and pharmacy on one record, with the rest of the hospital added in phases.

  • AI agents and chatbots

Agents that answer from your own content, take bookings and hand the conversation to a person.

  • Automation and integrations

Follow-ups, reminders, reports and WhatsApp workflows that take repetitive work off the team.

Industry software

Where we have gone deep enough to publish.

Each row below is a reviewed dataset entry with a named owner and a review date, not a template filled with an industry name.

    Physiotherapy clinics

A physiotherapy practice bills by session, not by visit, and a patient is on a course of 8 to 12 sessions rather than a one-off appointment. Almost every generic clinic system in India models the appointment and not the course, which is why physio front desks end up tracking sessions-remaining in a paper register alongside the software they paid for.

    Hospitals

Most Indian hospitals below the corporate chains still run on a patchwork: a billing package bought years ago, registers for the wards, spreadsheets on the insurance desk and WhatsApp for everything in between. The expensive failures happen in the gaps — a pre-authorisation stalled for one missing document, a discharge held up by a bill nobody can finalise, a patient registered twice because the record lives in another department.

    Dental clinics

Dentistry in India splits sharply between routine work that is price-shopped and elective work — implants, aligners, smile design — that is researched for weeks and decided on trust. The same clinic needs one funnel that converts on price and another that converts on evidence, and most dental sites only build the first.

    Skin clinics

A skin clinic in India runs two businesses under one dermatologist: medical dermatology — acne, eczema, psoriasis, infections — that patients reach through search and referral, and aesthetic treatment — laser, peels, pigmentation, hair restoration — that is researched for weeks, sold as a course of sessions and decided on trust. The website and the software have to serve both without letting the second undermine the first.

    Diagnostic labs

A diagnostic lab in India sells turnaround time and trust, not tests. The operating shape is hub and spoke — collection centres and home phlebotomists feeding a central processing lab — so the same result survives several handoffs before it reaches a patient, and every handoff is somewhere the sample or its identity can be lost. Two customers exist at once: the patient who paid, and the referring doctor whose repeat referrals are the volume.

    Coaching institutes

A coaching institute sells a batch, not a course, and the person who pays is not the person who attends. Fees are collected in instalments across an academic year that has two or three hard admission windows, so almost all enrolment happens in a few weeks and almost all revenue risk sits in the months afterwards, when a parent who has paid one instalment decides whether to pay the next. Everything worth building addresses one of those two facts.

Retail solutions

Websites for retail and local businesses.

For businesses that run on customers walking in, calling or booking: the home page set up for your kind of business — the problems we see most, the numbers that matter and what we would build — with the same free website and Google check.

Also building for

More industries we build for.

Websites, apps, CRM and ERP, AI agents and WhatsApp automation for any of these — and for anything not listed. None has a page yet, because a page here has to be a reviewed row; this says what we typically build for each.
  • Eye, ENT, IVF and multi-specialty clinics

Consultation booking, procedure packages with published cost bands, patient records and follow-up reminders — the patterns from our dental and skin clinic pages, applied to the specialty.

  • Nursing homes

Admissions, a running bill and an insurance desk sized for twenty beds rather than two hundred — the hospital patient management build, phased smaller.

  • Veterinary clinics

Records for the pet and the owner, vaccination and deworming reminders on WhatsApp, and grooming or boarding bookings.

  • Pharmacies

Stock with batch and expiry, prescription orders on WhatsApp, repeat-medicine reminders and home-delivery tracking.

  • Schools and colleges

Admission enquiries, fee instalments and reminders, and parent communication that is not a WhatsApp group of four hundred.

  • Hotels, homestays and resorts

Direct-booking websites that compete with the aggregators, WhatsApp confirmations, and guest messaging before arrival.

  • D2C and e-commerce brands

Fast storefronts, catalogue SEO, order and delivery updates on WhatsApp, and inventory that matches the shelf.

  • Manufacturers and distributors

Dealer and distributor portals, order-to-dispatch ERP, and quotations generated from the current price list.

  • CA, legal and consulting firms

Client portals for documents and deadlines, reminders before due dates, and websites that answer what clients search for.

  • Logistics and transport

Booking and tracking, a driver app with proof of delivery, and customer updates that do not need a phone call.

  • Travel agencies and tour operators

Itinerary sites, enquiry agents that quote from the real packages, and payment reminders before departure.

Not on either list? Tell us the business and what is not working. Every build is scoped to how the business actually runs, which is the same work whether or not the industry has a page here.

The rule

Why this list is short.

A site with forty good pages that adds four hundred thin ones has made ninety per cent of itself thin. So the list grows in reviewed batches, and a page cannot exist before its data does.
A page cannot exist without a complete row
Every industry page is generated from a dataset entry that must carry a market observation, the workflow in that industry's own vocabulary, at least three integrations with a reason each, the regulatory constraints, the typical scopes and timelines, a worked engagement, the mistakes we see and at least four questions. A missing field fails the build rather than falling back to boilerplate.
Two pages may not read alike
The build measures trigram similarity between every pair of published rows and refuses anything above 0.45. It is the mechanical form of asking whether each URL answers a meaningfully different question, and it is why this system does not become the thing it exists to avoid.
Geography is a separate axis, held to a stricter rule
This axis is industry. Cities have their own pages at /locations, and they carry one rule these pages do not need: there is a single office, in Bengaluru, and every city page says so in its own first section. A page that implied a presence it does not have would be a doorway page by Google’s own definition and would contradict what the about page says. Saying it plainly is what makes the difference real rather than asserted.
Rows go stale, and the build says so
Each row carries a human name and a review date. Past twelve months the build fails until somebody has read it again, because a market note about Indian healthcare that nobody has checked in two years is worse than no market note.

Healthcare

Where we know most, and why.

Most studios claim depth in every vertical they list. We have real depth in one, because we do not only build software for it — we ship two products of our own into it, Kinetiq and Libria.

Kinetiq is patient management and billing software for physiotherapy clinics, hospitals and individual practitioners in India, with AI-assisted patient management built in. It is ready to run and works in a browser, which makes it the one piece of our healthcare knowledge you can go and inspect rather than take on trust. Everything in Kinetiq sets out what it covers.

It is also why healthcare is where we build most. For hospitals that means the patient management system — one record from registration to discharge, a running bill every department adds to, an insurance desk that assembles its own files — and the ERP around it, taking a hospital from paper registers to an AI-assisted system in phases. For clinics it means software built around the course of treatment: physiotherapy courses, dental plans, skin clinic packages. In every case the AI does the administration and the clinicians make every clinical decision. The detail is on the pages for hospitals and skin clinics.

That is the standard every other industry here is held to. The websites, apps, AI, WhatsApp and search work is sold to any business in India; where a page uses a clinic example, that is because the first projects came from clinics, not because the service is restricted to them.

Tell us what you want built.

Every project is scoped and quoted individually — a five-page site and a business running its operation on a custom ERP are genuinely different pieces of work. Tell us the problem and we will come back with a plan and a price.
