Website redesign services that keep the rankings you have earned.

Our website redesign services — a revamp, a UI and UX redesign or a full modernisation — rebuild a slow or dated site, online stores included, in hand-written Next.js, and move it to the new build without losing what it has earned in Google: every old URL is kept or redirected, the titles and structured data are carried across, and Search Console is watched after launch. We are a website redesign company in Bengaluru (Bangalore), working for businesses anywhere in India.

Redesign or fix

Not every slow website needs a new one.

Redesign when the problem is the foundation; fix it when the foundation is sound. Telling the two apart is the first piece of work, and it is worth doing before anyone quotes you a rebuild.
When a website needs fixing, and when it needs a redesign
What you are seeingUsually means a fixUsually means a redesign
Slow on phonesA few heavy images, an unoptimised font or one slow script — fixable page by page.A theme or page builder that loads its whole toolkit on every page, so every page is slow for the same reason.
Not showing up in GoogleMissing titles and descriptions, thin pages, no structured data, broken internal links.A structure with no room for the pages you need to rank — one “Services” page standing in for ten.
Hard to changeOne person knows how, and the content needs tidying.Nobody can edit it safely, plugins break when they update, and every change risks the layout.
Looks datedNew photographs, new copy and a lighter layout on the same build.Design and code tied together so tightly that a new look means new code anyway.

If you cannot tell which column you are in, a website audit answers it in writing — and it is useful whichever way it comes out.

From WordPress, Wix or a template

What changes when the site moves to hand-written Next.js.

A redesign in Next.js replaces a theme or page builder with code written for your site alone, so each page ships only what it needs — which is what makes it fast on mobile data and easy for search engines and AI systems to read.
From WordPress
No plugins to keep updated, no theme carrying features you never switched on, and no database queried every time someone opens a page. Pages, posts, images and their metadata come across; the plugin features you actually use are rebuilt as part of the site.
From Wix, Squarespace or another site builder
The content is yours, but the code never was. We rebuild the pages in Next.js, bring the text and images across, and set up the domain, hosting and Search Console in your name.
From a template a freelancer configured
Usually the quickest move: few pages, a simple structure, and most of the work is writing the pages the template never had room for.
What does not change
Your domain, your business details and — wherever the new structure allows — your URLs. A redesign is a new build, not a new identity.

The technical case, including when WordPress is genuinely the better answer, is in why we build in Next.js. What the new site itself is built to do is on custom website development.

Migration without losing rankings

How the move protects what the site has earned.

Rankings survive a redesign when every URL that has earned something keeps its address or is redirected to the page that replaces it, and when the signals that earned it — titles, descriptions, headings, structured data, internal links — come across intact.
An inventory of every URL
Every page the old site has, including the ones not in any menu, with what each ranks for and which pages other sites link to. Pages with neither traffic nor links are candidates to merge; pages with either are kept.
A redirect map, tested before launch
A permanent (301) redirect from every old URL that changes to the most relevant new page. Not a blanket redirect to the home page, which Google treats much like a page that no longer exists.
Metadata and structured data carried across
The titles, descriptions and schema markup that earned the rankings move with each page, and are improved afterwards rather than replaced wholesale on launch day.
Search Console watched after launch
Indexing, impressions and positions checked in the weeks after the move, and anything that drops traced and fixed. Rankings can move for a few weeks after any change of site; the redirects are what bring them back.

If the site is not ranking well now, the redesign will fix some of the reasons and not others — why a website is not ranking on Google sorts them out.

What you keep

Everything that is yours stays yours.

A redesign replaces the code and the design; it does not reset anything you own. Accounts are set up in your name from the start, so the new site keeps running whether or not we keep working together.
The domain
Registered in your name, kept, and pointed at the new site at launch.
The content
Every page, post and image worth keeping, moved across — and the pages that were never worth keeping merged or redirected rather than simply deleted.
The URLs
Kept wherever the new structure allows, and redirected where it does not.
Your Google presence
Your Google Business Profile, Search Console and analytics history stay attached to your domain. Nothing starts again from zero.
The code
The new site's source in a repository in your name, written in Next.js, React and TypeScript — technology any good developer can pick up.

Who it is for

Five sites that are ready for a redesign.

  • SITE 01

A site that has stopped bringing enquiries

It ranked once, or it never did, and enquiries now come from WhatsApp forwards and walk-ins rather than from search.
  • SITE 02

A site nobody can safely change

Built by someone who has moved on, on a theme that breaks when a plugin updates. Every change is a risk, so nothing changes.
  • SITE 03

A business that has outgrown its site

New services, a second location, online booking — and a site with no place to put any of them.
  • SITE 04

A site that is slow on a phone

Most of your customers open it on mobile data. If it takes seconds to appear, many of them never see it at all.
  • SITE 05

An online store that loses people at checkout

Slow product pages, a checkout that fights a phone, or a platform the business has outgrown. An ecommerce website redesign keeps every product and category URL while the store is rebuilt.

How a redesign runs

From the old site to the new one, without a gap.

  1. 01 · First

    Look at what is there

An audit of the current site: what it ranks for, what links to it, what is slow and why. You get the findings whether or not you go ahead.

  2. 02 · Before design

Plan the structure and the redirects

The page map, the URL plan and the redirect map, agreed before any design starts — so the rankings question is settled on paper first.

  3. 03 · Weeks, not quarters

    Build it in the open

Design and hand-written Next.js on a live preview link, with the content moved across page by page so you can check it against the old site.

  4. 04 · Launch onwards

    Switch over and watch

Launch with every redirect live, the sitemap submitted to Google and Bing, and Search Console watched until the numbers settle.

After launch, a website maintenance and care plan keeps the new site updated, monitored and current — and keeps the search work going.

Questions

About website redesigns.

When should I redesign my website rather than fix it?

Redesign when the problem is the foundation — a theme or page builder that makes every page slow, a structure that cannot hold the pages you need, or a site nobody can safely change; fix it when the foundation is sound and the problems are content, metadata or a handful of slow pages.

An audit answers this before anyone quotes a rebuild. If the site needs a fortnight of fixes rather than a new site, we would rather say so than sell you one.

Will I lose my Google rankings if I redesign my website?

Not if the migration is done properly: every existing URL keeps its address or gets a permanent redirect to its new one, and the titles, descriptions and structured data that earned the rankings are carried across.

Rankings can move for a few weeks after any change of site, which is why we watch Google Search Console after launch and fix whatever drops. What loses rankings for good is a relaunch that changes every URL and redirects none of them.

Can you move my site from WordPress or Wix to Next.js?

Yes. We rebuild the site in hand-written Next.js and bring the content across — pages, posts, images and metadata — with a redirect for every URL that changes.

If someone non-technical needs to keep editing the content after the move, that is planned into the build rather than discovered after launch.

What do I keep after a website redesign?

Everything that is yours: the domain, the content, the URLs wherever they can stay the same, your Google Business Profile and Search Console history, and the code of the new site.

Accounts are set up in your name from the start, so the new site keeps running whether or not we keep working together.

How much does a website redesign cost?

A redesign is quoted individually once we have looked at the existing site, because the work depends on how many pages and how much content have to move, and what the old site's URLs and rankings need to keep them.

Looking at the existing site is usually the first step. Send the URL to info@myfloww.in and we will tell you what the move involves.

Is a website revamp different from a website redesign?

A revamp usually refreshes how a site looks and reads on the build it already has, while a redesign rebuilds it; our website revamp and modernisation services do either, depending on whether the problems sit in the content and layout or in the code underneath.

New photographs, new copy and a lighter layout can often fix a site that only looks dated. A site that is slow, breaks when it is edited or cannot take the pages the business now needs usually needs the rebuild.

What does a website UI and UX redesign involve?

A UI and UX redesign changes how the site looks and how easily visitors find what they came for and act on it: the navigation, the structure of each page, the forms, and the path to an enquiry or a purchase.

We work out what visitors come for and where they give up, then design the pages for you to approve before anything is built, so nothing goes live until you have seen it.

Do you redesign ecommerce websites?

Yes. An ecommerce website redesign rebuilds the store in hand-written Next.js while keeping every product and category URL, or redirecting it, so the rankings the store has earned survive the move.

The catalogue comes across with it. What else moves, such as customer accounts and past orders, depends on the platform the store is on now and is agreed in the scope, which is quoted individually.

Send us the site you have now.

Website redesigns are quoted individually, once we have looked at the existing site and know what has to move. Send the URL and we will tell you whether it needs a redesign at all.
