How each kind of project is priced.
- Websites
- A fixed price for a fixed scope, staged against milestones. What moves the number is the page count, how much of the content we are writing, and whether anything has to integrate with a system you already run.
- Next.js rebuilds and migrations
- Fixed price, and it includes the URL mapping, redirects and Search Console monitoring that protect what the old site already ranks for. That work is part of the project rather than an add-on.
- Customer apps and custom web apps
- Fixed price per phase rather than for the whole system at once, because a build measured in months should give you something usable before the end of it. CRM and ERP work is priced the same way.
- AI agents and chatbots
- A fixed build price, then a small monthly cost for the model usage and for keeping the agent's content current. We tell you both before you commit — an agent with no maintenance budget quietly goes out of date.
- SEO and GEO management
- A monthly retainer, quoted after an audit of your site and your market. No minimum term, and the report says what you rank for rather than what we did.
- WhatsApp automation
- Fixed price for the setup, the verification and the templates. Meta charges its own per-conversation fee on top, which goes to them and not to us, and we show you the rates before anything is switched on.
What a quote contains
What we would build, what is explicitly not included, what those excluded things would cost to add, how long it takes and the payment stages. One number rather than a range. If the scope changes mid-project we requote the change rather than quietly billing it.
What is never charged for
The conversation that produces the quote, and the answer that you do not need us. Handing over the code and the accounts at the end is part of the project, not an exit fee — you own what we build for you.

The arithmetic
Paying quarterly across a full year comes to ₹6,000. The yearly plan is ₹5,000, so it saves ₹1,000. That is the only difference between them — the features are identical.
What is not charged for
Adding the therapists and assistants who work with you is included, not a per-seat charge. So is every feature listed on the app page. Custom additions are the only thing quoted separately.

Refer ten paying clients and your year costs nothing.

Credits are applied against what you owe, so nothing is paid out in cash. Anything earned beyond the cost of your plan carries forward to your next invoice.

About pricing.
How do you price a website, an app or an AI agent?
As a fixed scope for a fixed price, quoted after a conversation about what it has to do — not an hourly rate, and not a range.
The quote sets out what is included, what is not, and what the things that are not would cost to add. If the scope changes during the project we requote the change rather than quietly billing it.
Why is there no price list for the services?
Because a five-page site and a business running its whole operation on a custom ERP are not comparable pieces of work, and any number that covered both would be a guess dressed up as a price.
A rate card would let us look more transparent while telling you less. Describing what you need and getting a real number back takes a day or two and is worth considerably more.
How does the SEO retainer work?
Ongoing SEO and GEO is a monthly retainer, quoted after an audit of your site and your market, because the work is continuous rather than a one-off delivery.
The audit comes first deliberately: what is winnable for a new domain in a competitive category and what is winnable for an established business with existing authority are different amounts of work, and we would rather say so before anyone commits.
Do you ask for payment up front?
Projects are staged, with a deposit to begin and the balance against agreed milestones. Nobody pays for the whole of a project before any of it exists.
Is the app's free trial really free?
Yes. Kinetiq's first two months are completely free and we do not take a card to start, so nothing can charge you by accident.
What is the difference between the quarterly and yearly app plans?
Only the price. The quarterly plan is ₹1,500 per quarter and the yearly plan is ₹5,000 per year, and both include everything in the app.
Paying quarterly for a full year comes to ₹6,000, so the yearly plan saves ₹1,000. There is no feature held back on either plan.
Do you charge per member of staff on the app?
No. Adding the therapists and assistants who work with you is part of the plan, not a per-seat charge. You can also move between the quarterly and yearly plans at any time.
