Live demo · Libria body scan

A posture scanner that runs in your browser.

This is the posture engine from Libria (opens in a new tab), the body-scan app MyFloww built, cut down to a demo you can try in a minute. It finds 33 points on your body through your camera and measures how level your head, shoulders and hips are — on your own device, with nothing saved or sent.

Try it

Watch a scan, then stand in front of your own camera.

The scanner panel plays an illustration of what it does. Press the camera button and the panel becomes your camera, with the same measurements drawn over you, live.

Try it on yourself.

  1. 1Prop your phone or laptop up and step back about two metres, so your whole body fits in the frame.
  2. 2Press the camera button and allow the camera when your browser asks.
  3. 3Stand relaxed and face the camera. Switch to the side view and turn side-on for the other readings.

Your video never leaves this device. Nothing is recorded, saved or sent — the pose model runs in this browser tab. The first start downloads the model, about 17 MB, from this site.

How it measures

Thirty-three points, then plain geometry.

Nothing here is a black box. A pose model finds the body; everything after that is angles and ratios you could check with a protractor.
Finding the body
A pose model — MediaPipe's pose landmarker, the lite version — runs inside the browser as WebAssembly, in a background worker so the page stays smooth. For every frame it returns 33 landmarks: ears, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles, heels and toes, each with a confidence score.
Refusing to guess
A point the model is less than 40% sure of does not count. A reading that cannot be made from what the camera sees is shown as a dash and a request for a better view — never as zero, and never as a guess.
Level lines
Head, shoulder and pelvic level are the angle between the line through your left and right ear, shoulder or hip and true horizontal. The engine asks "is the left side lower?" rather than reading the line's slope on screen, so a front view and a back view can never report mirror-image findings.
Scaled to your own body
Shifts are measured as a percentage of your own leg length, hip to knee to ankle. Standing nearer to the camera or further away changes the pixels, not the percentage.
Side-on readings
Forward head posture is how far your ear sits ahead of your shoulders; the body line runs from ankles to shoulders against vertical. They are only measured when the camera sees your profile — front-on, the same points mean something else.

Demo versus scan

What the full app does that this page does not.

The demo reads one frame at a time and shows a tentative number. Libria turns the same engine into a scan somebody can act on.
  • SCAN 01

    Many frames, not one

A reading is averaged over a stream of frames, with badly tracked ones rejected statistically before anything is reported.
  • SCAN 02

    A level phone

The app reads the phone’s own motion sensor and guides it level before capturing, because a tilted camera tilts every line it measures.
  • SCAN 03

    Front, side and back

Separate captures for each view, plus walking gait and joint range of motion, rather than whatever angle you happen to stand at.
  • SCAN 04

    A report you keep

A written, plain-English report of the findings. This demo deliberately produces nothing: no report, no photograph, no stored reading.

The full app is at libria.in (opens in a new tab). Nothing on this page is medical advice, and a demo reading is not a clinical measurement.

  • Custom apps and software

The line of work this came out of: software built around one job, including the camera, sensor and on-device AI parts.

  • The Libria case study

Libria in full — posture, gait and range of motion — beside the client work it sits in.

  • Every live demo

Samples of what we build that run in your browser, rather than screenshots of them.
