Delhi NCR · Website development

Website development in Delhi NCR.

An NCR website usually has to represent a business that operates in more than one state at once. Locations, service areas, GST details and contact routing all have to reflect Gurugram, Noida and Delhi as genuinely separate places rather than as one blurred "Delhi NCR" that matches nobody’s actual search.

Where we actually are

We do not have an office in Delhi NCR.

MyFloww does not have an office in Delhi NCR. The studio is in Bengaluru and this work is delivered remotely, which is how every project outside Bengaluru runs. Said here because a page that implies a local presence it does not have is worth less than no page.

Prices on this page are national. MyFloww quotes on scope, not on postcode, so this is the same number it would be anywhere else in India — how pricing works.

The market

What Delhi NCR commissions, and why.

Delhi NCR behaves as one labour market, one customer base and one commute, and as three jurisdictions. Gurugram is Haryana, Noida and Ghaziabad are Uttar Pradesh, and Delhi is its own union territory with its own statutes — so a company operating across the NCR holds separate GST registrations, files under different shops-and-establishments rules, and moves goods between its own sites across a state line. None of that is visible on a map of the metro, and all of it is visible in the software. The second defining feature is the sheer density of intermediaries: NCR has more agencies, resellers and consultants per buyer than anywhere in India, which makes the market noisy and makes a business that can show its work unusually easy to distinguish.

What it has to account for

Website development, here specifically.

Every one of these matters for a reason particular to Delhi NCR. A list that would read the same for another city belongs on the service page instead.
A location model with one entry per real premises
Gurugram and Noida are different cities to a search engine and to a customer deciding whether to drive there. Each real address needs its own page corroborating its own Business Profile — and no page for the ones that do not exist.
Contact routing that knows which entity is being asked for
An enquiry to a Noida branch and one to a Gurugram branch may be different legal entities with different GSTINs. Routing that collapses them into one inbox produces quotations issued from the wrong registration.
Hindi query research before the page structure is fixed
A large share of NCR commercial search is Hindi in Latin script. Those queries change which pages should exist, not just the words on them, so the research happens before the sitemap rather than after launch.
Proof that survives a sceptical buyer
This market has been sold guaranteed results more than any other. Published price bands, named constraints and specific worked detail outperform claims here by a wider margin than anywhere else in the country.

On the ground

What is actually true of doing this in Delhi NCR.

Checkable facts — state law, the language the market searches in, how the competition behaves. No client attached, because we do not have one here to name.
"Delhi NCR" is a phrase buyers use and search engines do not
People say NCR and then search "near Sector 44" or "in Noida". A site that only names the region matches the way the market talks about itself and none of the way it searches. The fix is pages for the places that are real and silence about the ones that are not.
The buyer has usually been burned already
NCR businesses commissioning a website have typically had at least one agency relationship end badly, so the first questions are about ownership of the code, what happens at handover and who holds the domain. Answering those on the site itself converts better here than any portfolio gallery.

Constraints

What changes any build in Delhi NCR.

True of this city whatever you are building, so every service page here assumes it rather than restating it.
Three states, three registrations, one company
GST registration is state-wise, so an NCR business with sites in Gurugram, Noida and Delhi holds three GSTINs and files three sets of returns. Stock moving between its own warehouses crosses a state border and needs the corresponding documentation. Any inventory, billing or ERP system built on the assumption of one registration will produce filings the accountant has to unpick by hand.
Clinical establishments register under three different regimes
Uttar Pradesh and Haryana have adopted the central Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010; Delhi runs its own older nursing-homes registration regime. A clinic group with branches in Noida, Gurugram and South Delhi therefore holds three different registrations with different renewal cycles and display obligations, and a practice management system with one compliance model cannot represent that.
Employment rules change across the same commute
Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh each have their own shops and establishments statute, with different provisions on hours, weekly closure and leave. Staff scheduling and attendance software that treats the NCR as one policy area quietly puts its client on the wrong side of one of the three.
The intermediary layer is thick and the claims are loud
More agencies and resellers compete here than in any other Indian market, and the standard pitch includes guaranteed rankings and fixed timelines that nobody can honour. The practical effect is that NCR buyers are sceptical by default, and specifics — real numbers, named constraints, published bands — do disproportionate work.

Cost

What it costs, and how long it takes.

Bands MyFloww would honour, not indicative ranges — and identical in every city on this site. Every project is quoted individually after scoping, as a fixed scope for a fixed price.
Website development in Delhi NCR — scopes and bands
ScopePrice (INR)Typical timeline
Multi-location NCR site with per-premises pages and routed enquiries₹1,30,000 – ₹2,50,0004 – 7 weeks
Single-location site for a Gurugram or Noida business₹85,000 – ₹1,60,0003 – 5 weeks

What goes wrong

The mistakes we see in Delhi NCR.

Written down because they are the part of this page hardest to fake, and the part most worth reading before you commission anything.
  • Publishing a page for every NCR sector and suburb the business has no premises in. It is the single most common pattern in this market and it is a doorway strategy that suppresses the pages that were working.
  • Listing one NCR address and implying it covers all three states. The customer who drives to Gurugram to find the office is in Ghaziabad is a review you do not recover from.
  • Treating multiple branches as one entity in the contact and quoting flow when they are separately registered. It produces invoices from the wrong GSTIN, which is a real correction rather than a cosmetic one.
  • Competing on the same guaranteed-outcome language everybody else uses. In the most sceptical market in India, the differentiated position is specificity.

Questions

What Delhi NCR businesses ask.

Should an NCR business have separate pages for Gurugram, Noida and Delhi?

One page per real premises, with its own address, phone and staff, corroborating its own Google Business Profile. That is legitimate and it works. Pages for sectors or suburbs where there is no premises are doorway pages — nothing stands behind them, and they pull down the pages that do.

What does a multi-location NCR website cost?

₹1,30,000 to ₹2,50,000 for a multi-location site with per-premises pages and routed enquiries, in four to seven weeks, or ₹85,000 to ₹1,60,000 for a single location. Pricing is national and does not change by city.

Who owns the code and the domain at the end of the project?

You do, in every case. The repository is transferred, the domain and hosting are registered in your name rather than ours, and there is no proprietary builder that stops working if you stop paying. This gets asked first in NCR more than anywhere else, for good reason.

Does the site need a Hindi version?

For consumer and trade businesses it often earns its place; for B2B and technology buyers it rarely does. The more reliable gain is structuring the English site around the questions people actually type, many of which are Hindi written in Latin script and have no Devanagari version at all.

This page is also available as clean markdown with no navigation or styling, for anything that would rather read it that way. Last reviewed 2026-09-22 by Neel.
