The practical consequence is that a Mumbai build has a review step most cities do not, and that the agencies who skip it produce sites their client’s compliance officer takes down. It is also the most expensive market in India to buy attention in, which is why the businesses that do well here are the ones that own an answer rather than rent a click.

Clinical establishments register under state law, not the central Act
Maharashtra has not adopted the Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010. What goes wrong

The mistakes we see in Mumbai.

Written down because they are the part of this page hardest to fake, and the part most worth reading before you commission anything.
  • Specifying the whole system and paying for it in one phase. A build measured in months should put one complete workflow into production early, because that is the only honest test of whether the model is right.
  • Letting the operational system become the accounting ledger. Finance will keep closing in Tally regardless, and you will have built two sets of numbers that disagree.
  • Treating maker–checker as a permissions setting to add later. It changes the shape of every write in the system and cannot be bolted on without touching all of them.
  • Building document templates in code. Every wording change then needs a developer and a deployment, so the templates drift out of date and staff go back to editing Word files.
